Canon: Room Mate (aka- One Room: Side M)

This anime is basically just a reverse-harem situation in which 3 anime dudes engage in cringey one-sided POV conversations with you (the viewer) for 4 minutes straight. No need to worry about being canonblind here since there's VEEERY little canon "story" to begin with! In fact you could easily bingewatch the entire series in less than an hour. Therefore, while much of the info I write below will be based on actual info from the show, a lot of it is also just headcanon and/or educated guesses based on official art.

Summation: An elite business man who works at [INSERT FAMOUS COMPANY HERE]. He seems to have an arrogant, pompous, and troublesome personality at times, but deep down there is a not-so-hidden side to him that strongly cares about his friends as if they were his own brothers.

- His friends would describe him as being "Not a bad guy- just a bit eccentric."

- Is constantly stripping down and often walks around nude when he's not working.

- Loves to tease and disturb the scenery so much that he's kind of on the border of being a sadist.

- However, he has a bit of a dual personality and is also a secretly-emotional softie who cries at sad movies.

 - He's not very honest when it comes to his own feelings.

- Despite being a hotshot businessman and a capable guy, Shinya is addicted to video games.

Backtagging: Yes please! My tagging speed is usually moderate-slow on work days. I am also perfectly fine with receiving tags that are waaaay late, as long as you keep in mind that I may not be able to get back into a very old thread if I'm super busy or lost inspiration for it.

 

Flirting/Shipping/Casual physical contact: Mun is fine with all of this! I'm OTA for innocent/gen interaction, though I prefer m/m only when it comes to potential romance.

Cross-canon: Of course! I actually prefer it this way most of the time.

 

Cross-medium: Outside of non-serious threads/memes, I'm not a huge fan of this, actually! At least not in terms of playing animated characters against RL people/actors. Not sure why but for some reason it's always easier for me to thread anime/video game/manga characters with muses from similar (illustrated/animated) genres. I find it harder for my brain to process a thread otherwise, when I see flesh-and-blood people opposite animated characters. It's a weird hangup to have but sadly it's true!

 

AU: I love AU, and I'm perfectly fine with assumed CR as well!
